My core research focuses on the nonlinear mechanics of morphing structures. My work involves: fabricating custom test samples, designing and executing physical experiments, and validating the results through numerical models. I absolutely enjoy what I do.

PhD Projects

These projects are where I served as the primary investigator. While guided by my supervisor, the core design and execution of the work are carried out mostly solo.

The final submitted dissertaion is here: Nonlinear Mechanics and Design of Morphing Structures with Discrete Elastic Rods

Collaborative Research

These are collaborative research projects conducted with other laboratories, providing a great opportunity to work within a team environment.

Supervised Projects

Projects where I mentored high school interns and undergraduate students during summer terms. It is highly rewarding to work with and guide young, developing minds.
